Life Coach, Hypnotist, somebody’s mum and pickle enthusiast.

I took the scenic route to where I’m currently at via multiple career pathways and a couple of good old fashioned identity crises. But every plot twist and career pivot taught me something crucial about being human, which is exactly why they were meant for me.

I initially studied Law and Spanish, which felt like a degree in “the kind of thing you’re supposed to do but have no interest in” with “the thing you actually enjoy but are maybe less good at” bolted on (I’ll let you guess which was which ha!)

From there I:

• Spent a few years in retail management, decoding human behaviour on the shop floor and trying to incentivise a workforce of mostly teenagers who had no desire to be there

• Dabbled in styling, where I fell in love with with the idea of ever changing identities and how we use creativity to interact with the world around us

• Then jumped into HR - completing an MSc and specialising in Leadership, Talent Development and Culture for the UK Government (which is where I really got to study and understand the mindset and actions behind growth, performance, and people being…well, people)

In 2020, I left corporate to become a certified Life Coach because I wanted to work with the whole human, not just their LinkedIn profile. No matter how hard we try, it’s impossible to leave our home life at home when we walk into work and vice versa. And I don’t actually believe it’s beneficial to do - so I help clients bring their whole selves to everything they do, to make sure they’re not thriving in one area but miserable in others.

Since then, I’ve become a mum (not sure there are adequate words to describe all the things THAT is teaching me) and gone down an “unconscious mind” rabbit hole, gaining certifications in Coaching the Unconscious Mind and Integrative Hypnosis, all the while helping people blow their own minds with what’s possible in their lives and create deep, lasting change where it matters most to them.
